Owner Approval is Always Required

Unlike standard rental shops, The Rental Circle does not own inventory. All assets are listed by local owners. Therefore, there are no instant bookings.

When a renter submits a request, the owner is notified. The owner reviews the dates, the purpose of the rental, and the requested asset. A rental only moves forward if the owner explicitly approves the request.

Security Deposits and Manual Coordination

During our controlled early access phase, we utilize manual coordination. If an owner requires a security deposit, we help communicate and confirm those expectations before handover.

Both parties are encouraged to document the asset's condition with photos and a handover checklist to prevent disputes and ensure a smooth return process.
