What is The Rental Circle?
The Rental Circle is a Hyderabad-first, trust-focused peer-to-peer marketplace. We connect local people who own valuable assets with those who need temporary access.
Does The Rental Circle own the assets?
No. The Rental Circle is an intermediary. All assets listed on the platform are owned by local users.
Is a request a confirmed booking?
No. A request simply notifies the owner of your interest. Final availability is confirmed only after explicit owner approval.
Can owners approve or reject renters?
Yes. Owner approval is mandatory for every transaction. Owners always have the final say and can decline any request.
Are deposits required?
Deposits may apply, especially for high-value items like cameras and drones. The final deposit amount is manually coordinated and agreed upon before handover.
Is availability guaranteed?
No. The Rental Circle does not guarantee availability. Availability is subject to the owner's schedule and final approval.
Can I request an asset that is not listed?
Yes, you can submit a general request. Our team will attempt to source the asset from our network of local owners.
Will owner or renter phone numbers be public?
No. Personal contact information is only exchanged after a rental request has been approved and manually coordinated.
How are disputes handled?
Disputes are reviewed manually. We strongly encourage completing a documented before-and-after condition check to prevent disagreements.
Is The Rental Circle fully launched?
We are currently operating in controlled early access exclusively in Hyderabad.
