Listing Policy
Guidelines on what assets can be submitted and how they are reviewed for approval.
What Can Be Listed
We welcome high-value, useful assets that are frequently needed for short-term use in Hyderabad. Suitable categories include:
- Cameras (DSLRs, Mirrorless, Cinema)
- Lenses and Filters
- Drones and Aerial Equipment
- Creator Gear (Gimbals, Tripods, Lighting, Mics)
- High-end bicycles
- Cars (subject to careful manual review)
Required Listing Information
To be approved, an asset submission must include accurate descriptions, clear and current photos of the actual item (no stock photos), and a fair representation of its current condition.
What Is Not Suitable
We do not accept listings for low-value disposable items, illegal goods, heavily damaged equipment, or assets that the lister does not legally own or have the right to rent out.
Pricing and Deposit Expectations
Owners should provide a reasonable expectation of daily pricing and note if a security deposit may apply. The final terms are coordinated manually.
Approval is Not Guaranteed
The Rental Circle manually reviews every asset submission during early access. We reserve the right to reject or unlist any asset if it does not meet our safety, quality, or community standards.
