The Rental Circle is designed around structured requests, owner approval, deposit workflows, and documented handover/return expectations.
Request stage
Renters discover assets on the platform and submit a request. This includes the desired dates, purpose, and any specific requirements. The request is securely logged and prepared for review.
Review stage
The Rental Circle performs an initial review to ensure the request is valid and complete. We then notify the asset owner with the details needed to make an informed decision.
Owner approval stage
The owner reviews the request and decides whether to approve or decline. No rental proceeds without the owner's explicit consent. If declined, the renter is notified gracefully.
Deposit and handover stage
If approved, deposit expectations and handover logistics are manually coordinated. Both parties meet (or arrange delivery) and perform a joint before-and-after condition check, documenting the asset's state and accessories.
Active rental stage
The renter utilizes the asset in accordance with the agreed-upon rules. If any issues arise, communication between the owner and renter is critical to resolve them quickly.
Return and condition check stage
The asset is returned at the agreed time. A final condition check is performed by the owner. If the asset is returned safely and in the same condition, the security deposit workflow concludes.
